The Songs are now only 'Controversy' !
It's a article published in popular news paper of Assam, Niyamiya Barta on 23rd Nov, 14. The article based on the recent controversy raised by the new album of Popular singer cum music director Zubeen Garg, Mur Minoti. This album contains songs of Late Jayanta Hazarika, One of greatest music composer and singer of Assan, and Zubeen have been making this album in order to pay a tribute to the legend. But after the album has been launched, the wife of Jayanta Hazarika and noted singer Manisha Hazarika has gone to court and raise the issue of copyright act against Zubeen Garg.
Till the time of writing this article, the controversy is still alive and creating various reactions among masses. But what i feel from heart in this regard, is that whatever be the result or whatever law suggests, but ultimately the songs of great Jayanta Hazarika are now in the jaw of controversy. And yes, it's pathetic.
