Yes, we are talking about remake. ‘Remaking’ is become a widely accepted and experienced concept in our film industry. A Huge number of remake are already made in bollywood and a series of them is underway. By using the new technical advances the Filmmakers capitalizing on the emotional appeal of the old plots. Before we start with our main subject, we have to clear one thing that– remaking of a bad thing is much easier than the remaking process of a good thing. It is because of the fact that when the original work is a bad or a flop one, we have bigger chance to experiment and make it better. But the real burden comes to the picture when we work with a great original. The decision of remaking such a great piece is must be brave and fullof challenges. And Anshuman Baruah, the young director, bravely take the decision. The decision is to remake the great Assamese Movie ‘Dr. Bezboruah’. As we all know, ‘Dr. Bezbaruah’ was not only a good film but it is recognised as a milestone in assamese film industry. This was the creation of the noted artists like Late Brajen Baruah, Ramen Baruah etc.

But Anshuman is now ready ,with his new concepts, to retold the story. He feels the urge that the story of ‘Dr. Bezbarua’ need to be retold and finally now he reached the crutial point. The Hindi remake of assamese ‘Dr. Bezbaruah’ is about to complete. As the producer Yogiraj Choudhury hope, Shivam, the new verson of ‘Dr. Bezbaruah’ will be in theaters in upcoming April.We, the cinelovers of assam, eagerly waiting for the new melody of the old classic!
